The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English /Hindi language and shall be governed by arbitration & conciliation act, 1996.All arbitration fees will be paid by you in advance ,to start the procedure, arbitrator will be decided with mutual consent between you and us. Any expenses arbitrator or legal expenses , from both side will be paid by you only in advance.when you join us or any legal entity connected with as a partner ,join only after understanding risk factors ,we always invest first ,and then partners join us .there are chances of risk ,high risk ,and loss of capital too. If liquidity matters you then we request you do not join usweb site/application/documents /contents or /information they incorporates by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of india. Subject to clause of arbitration above, all disputes arising under this document/agreement /paper digital or print , between you and v unicorns /its subsidiaries/associates/llp ,or any sole entity , shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at,Mumbai, Maharshtra, India.Language will be Hindi /English. Expenses from both side for all this and legal matter will be paid by you or your supportive connections.in advance .
